Administration and Committees

The college has very effective administrative machinery. The Principal and his team of teaching and non-teaching staff work united for the easy and smooth disposal of administrative work. The teachers are included in all the decision-making-bodies such as Executive Committees, Academic Council, Finance Committee, Board of Studies, Planning and Evaluation Committee etc. The Executive Committee is the apex statutory body which forms various committees/ bodies for discharging academic as well as administrative activities of the autonomous college. The different committees draft the plans and place before the Executive Committee for approval.

The aforementioned statutory committees look into different aspects of the college administration. The state Government is however vested with the overall management of the college. The non-statutory committees advise the Principal, as and when necessary, on specific issues. The management system of the college is transparent and participatory in nature.
